All of our journal notebook inserts are made to order and fully customized to your specifications, including size, finish, and design. Because each order is unique, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Please double-check your selections and uploaded files before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct. If you request a design to be created by us, we will send a proof for your approval before production begins.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
